SHAWS TURKEY & RASHER CLUB SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices of Shaws Turkey
- 4 Shaws Rashers, halved
- 4 Pitta bread pockets
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small head of lettuce
- 40g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 40ml Caesar dressing
PREPARATION:
Warm the pitta pockets in a medium over for 5 mins. Grill the Shaws Rashers on each side until cooked. Slice the pitta poickets open along one side and spread the Caesar dressing along the inside. Add a couple of leaves of lettuce and some sliced tomato. Place 1 slice of Shaws Turkey and 2 pieces of Shaws Rashers in each pitta pocket. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese and serve.
