SHAWS "THE FULL IRISH" BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Shaws Traditional Back Rashers
- 8 Shaws Sausages
- 4 slices of Shaw Traditional Black Pudding
- 4 slices of Shaws Traditional White Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 4 Medium size tomatoes
- Freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION:
Over low heat, sauté Shaws Traditional Back Rashers, turning frequently until done to taste. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Keep hot. Place Shaws sausages in pan and cook until brown on all sides. Cut the tomatoes in half and fry with slices of pudding in the rasher fat. Remove and keep hot. Cook eggs - these can either be fried, scrambled or poached. Servewith brown soda bread using Dairygold spread.
All the above Shaws products can also be grilled instead of being fried.
