SHAWS SWEET CLOVE HAM AND BRIE CIABATTA


INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Slices of Shaws Sweet Clove Ham 
  • 1 jar of green pesto
  • 1 ciabatta loaf
  • 125g brie cheese

PREPARATION:

Slice the ciabatta in half lengthways, spread the pesto on either side and place the Shaws Sweet Clove Ham on both sides. Thinly slice the cheese and place on top of the Shaws Ham and push both sides together. Wrap completely in tinfoil and place in a preheated oven (220oC/425oF/Gas 7) for 15 mins. Carefully remove from the oven, unwrap and slice diagonally before serving. 

SERVES:
