SHAWS HAM & BACON QUICHE
Ingredients:
This quiche is simple and easy to make, as it does not require a pastry base
- 4 sliced Shaws Ham (chopped / sliced)
- 3 Shaws Smoked Rashers / Shaws Traditional Rashers (chopped)
- 5 eggs
- 40g self-raising flour
- 125ml milk
- 1 rounded tbsp of butter
- 200g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- Add your own choice of extra fillings – mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, etc
Preparation:
Sauté onion and bacon first, leave to cool
Beat eggs, flour and milk until smooth, pour into greased quiche dish and then add the Shaws Ham, onion and bacon mixture, plus other fillings if you are using them
Place in a oven at 180 Degrees Celsius or Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes
